The Kyalami Grand Prix Circuit will remain in its current format. Numerous developments are planned on the famous site. All these developments will be integrated around and within the circuit enhancing the facility and retaining the famous circuit.

Can you hire Kyalami Race Track for an open track day?

Kyalami Race Track is not hired out for public open track days, this is due to the high demand for the track from our tenant advanced driving schools, bike schools, clubs and associations. Saturdays are reserved for race meetings, Superbike and Supercar track days, and Club Events. The best way to experience Kyalami is to book a session with one of the many driving schools. Kyalami not only houses the world famous race track, but also a large exhibition venue and a number of smaller conference venues, with facilities suitable for 5 to 30 000 plus people.

Yes, braais and picnics are welcome at National and Regional Events although there are a number of delicious food outlets available at all public events to cater for all tastes. No braais or picnics are pemitted during an International Event.
